WHAT WE'RE ABOUT
We started Veridian Growth Solutions because we truly believe in the restorative power of cannabis. Today, we supply the sales power, education, and marketing muscle that craft-scale brands and budtenders need to succeed. We’re here to connect premium products with the people buying them, fostering growth with real integrity.
High, I'm Jaimie
When cannabis legalization finally hit and the first shops opened, I knew I couldn't just sit on the sidelines. I wanted in from day one.
To get my foot in the door, I started a blog - part networking tool, part passion project - to document and promote this brand-new industry as it was being born.
That blog caught the right eyes and landed me a spot on the original crew at Cannabis Cottage in Penticton. Together, we put that shop on the map as a true BC cannabis destination. I did a bit of everything back then: standard retail, customer service, and event planning. But I also stepped up when the industry needed a voice - organizing local political lobbying, handling media relations during the BCGEU strike, and gently pushing back against rigid regulations in the name of progress.
Eventually, I knew I needed to take the next step to support my family. I transitioned into life as a sales rep, proud to champion incredible craft brands like Smoker Farms, PureFire, High Quadz, BC Legacy, and Phant.
Those years on the ground taught me exactly what it takes for a brand to survive. That’s why I built this platform.
Based in the heart of the Okanagan Valley, I’m driven by a vision of true craft excellence. This region has a legacy; our long, hot, dry summers provided the perfect crucible for the original 'BC Bud' to thrive during prohibition. I want to honor that history.
With Veridian Growth Solutions, my focus is entirely on empowering craft cultivators and processors to secure their foothold in BC. By handling the strategic promotions and business development that independent growers rarely have time for, I help brands close the gap between 'startup' and 'retail staple.'
The pioneers of this industry shouldn't just survive - they deserve to run a healthy, diverse marketplace.
